Step 01: Initial Communication

At the initial stage of cooperation, we proactively engaged in in-depth communication with Saudi client, focusing on the project's core demands and practical pain points, and building an efficient communication bridge.

On one hand, we comprehensively understood the water quality characteristics, treatment standards, and actual operating conditions of different water scenarios (rivers, lakes, and wastewater treatment plants) in the Saudi Arabia, clarifying the client's core requirements for water quality improvement—completely eliminating the "black and odorous" phenomenon in water bodies and ensuring that key indicators such as COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and ammonia nitrogen meet the local surface water standard.

On the other hand, we carefully listened to the client's potential needs, including equipment operating efficiency, energy-saving effects, service life, and subsequent installation and maintenance requirements. Simultaneously, we shared our experience in water treatment, the advantages of our aeration disc products, and similar project implementation cases, allowing the client to fully understand our service capabilities.

Through multiple rounds of efficient communication, both parties reached an initial consensus on cooperation, clarified the overall project direction, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent design, quotation, and production work.

Step 02: Design and Quotation

Based on the clearly defined needs and pain points identified in the initial communication, we assembled a professional design and calculation team to customize an exclusive disc diffuser installation and product solution for Saudi client, and provided a precise quotation. In the design phase, considering the differences in water quality and treatment needs across various waterworks scenarios in Saudi Arabia, we abandoned generic solutions, focusing instead on the core principles of "high efficiency, energy saving, and durability."

We specifically designed product selection and application plans—carefully selecting high-efficiency, energy-saving disc diffuser with three core advantages: high aeration efficiency, strong anti-clogging durability, and energy saving and environmental friendliness. We planned a scientifically sound product layout to ensure adaptability to the actual working conditions of different scenarios, maximizing water quality improvement effectiveness. Simultaneously, we planned the subsequent installation service process, clearly defining the core installation standards of "precision, efficiency, and safety," and proactively mitigating potential hazards during construction.

In the quotation process, we adhere to the principles of transparency, reasonableness, and fairness. Based on the customized solution, product specifications, purchase quantity, and subsequent supporting services, we conduct detailed cost calculations, clearly specifying all expenses to eliminate hidden costs and generate accurate and standardized quotations. These quotations are simultaneously submitted to our Saudi client for review, and dedicated personnel provide detailed explanations of the quotation details and calculation basis, patiently answering any questions from the client regarding the quotation. This ensures the client clearly understands the reasonableness of each cost, achieving a precise match and mutual fit between the quotation and the solution.

Step 03: Confirmation and Production

Upon receiving feedback from Saudi client regarding the design plan and quotation, we immediately contact the client to further communicate and optimize the plan details and quotation. We adjust and improve the plan and quotation based on the client's reasonable suggestions until both parties reach a complete consensus. Once consensus is reached, both parties formally finalize the cooperation details, sign a cooperation agreement, clarifying the project's responsibilities, product standards, production cycle, delivery time, and subsequent service commitments, ensuring that the entire cooperation process is well-documented and based on established rules.

Following the signing of the agreement, we immediately commenced production of the disc diffuser, strictly adhering to product manufacturing standards and quality control systems. Focusing on product quality, we rigorously controlled every stage of production, prioritizing the aeration efficiency, anti-clogging performance, and energy-saving effects of the disc diffuser. This ensured that every batch met design standards and the actual needs of our client. Simultaneously, a regular synchronization mechanism was established during production, providing Saudi client with periodic feedback on production progress and quality testing results, allowing the client to stay informed and worry-free. Ultimately, we completed the production of 1774 disc diffuser within the agreed timeframe. After rigorous quality testing, we simultaneously initiated subsequent installation services to ensure seamless project progress.
