The effect of solid-liquid separation mainly depends on the following three aspects:
•What is the characteristic of floc formed after adding medicine to the floating matter in the water body? Is it hydrophilic or hydrophobic (appropriate dosing).
•During the mixing reaction, ensure that there are enough micro bubbles in time and full contact with the flocs.
•During the separation reaction, the solid, gas, and liquid mixture should have an appropriate residence time and a stable flow pattern to allow the "air-entrained floc" to float to the liquid surface and form scum. Controlling the flow state of liquid is one of the keys to the separation effect.

Reinventing Air Flotation – Roll Flow Dissolved Air Flotation
For more than 30 years, the air flotation process has been widely used and recognized. At present, the application field of dissolved air flotation has been expanded from the initial industrial wastewater pretreatment to municipal, seawater desalination and other fields. The new field of air flotation equipment level, scale of treatment, separation efficiency, operation and economic indicators put forward new higher requirements after more than 10 years of research, DUBHE air flotation team invented a new generation of air flotation, a high-efficiency convoluted air flotation shiny debut. High-efficiency rolled flow air flotation is a new design of high load, large capacity dissolved air flotation products. DUBHE team made a comprehensive design on the flow pattern, flow rate, density distribution of dissolved air water, etc., and cited the FLUENT system to calculate the final shape of the rolled-flow air flotation subverted the traditional design concept of air flotation, which is a revolutionary innovation of the air flotation technology.

•Large water volume, single processing capacity of up to 30,000 tons/day.
•High load, the measured operating load of 25m/h, which is 2~3 times of the traditional advection or shallow layer air flotation.

Rolling flow air flotation - municipal high-speed type (RF-SDAF): treatment of 200m³/h and above; low concentration of suspended solids in the influent water (~ 100mg / L) of the industry, such as: municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plant upgrading or phosphorus removal, lakes, rivers, as well as ecological landscape water purification and treatment, seawater pre-treatment, and so on.
