As the core component of biochemical wastewater treatment, the procurement and installation quality of the aeration system directly determine the project's operational effectiveness. Guided by the principles of "precision customization, efficient construction, and quality assurance," we successfully completed the procurement and installation of 1,474 aeration discs. Not only did we achieve delivery three days ahead of the original 6-day schedule, but we also provided high-quality equipment and professional services to establish a stable and reliable core water purification system for the project. This contributes to building a new water management framework of "wastewater purification and ecological circulation" for the Zhucheng area.

Tailored to the characteristics of the Wuhan Zhucheng North Control Project—large treatment capacity, fluctuating water quality, and high operational intensity—we customized the solution around the project's core needs from equipment selection and parameter matching to batch procurement, ensuring that all 1,474 aeration discs were precisely suited to the requirements.

Considering the project's daily wastewater treatment design and the predominance of domestic wastewater in the influent, high-strength EPDM rubber membrane aeration discs were selected. Random sampling inspections were conducted to check indicators such as dimensional deviation and membrane bonding strength, ensuring that all 1,474 aeration discs met the standards, with a 100% qualified delivery rate.
