Characteristics of Rope Shaped Biological Fillers
Unique Structure: The rope type filler adopts a mixed weaving method of elastic and soft materials, and the wiring adopts a serpentine method to form countless circular fibers forming a radial structure, increasing its surface area while being suitable for the growth and reproduction of various microorganisms, so that the concentration of attached microorganisms can reach over 15000mg/l. The circumferential radial structure formed by elastic and soft materials increases the porosity of the filler, enabling good transmission of the solid, liquid, and gas phases. The unique circular structure can effectively avoid excessive peeling of biofilm due to water flow impact.
Wire Rod
The strength of the centerline directly affects the stable operation of the system. With the fixation of the biofilm, the weight of the filler will gradually increase, and it is prone to breakage of wires and central ropes due to the impact of water flow, which affects its service life. The rope type biological filler adopts a high elasticity silk mixed weaving process, and a single mixed weaving wire can withstand a tensile force of 5kg. Due to the central rope fixation method of the rope type biological filler, a total of 12 mixed weaving wires are used in a single section. The measured biological rope filler can withstand a tensile force of 60kg.

Scope of Application
Biological rope fillers have a high porosity, which has a better effect on membrane hanging and removal of high concentration industrial wastewater, replacing traditional elastic fillers and composite fillers. With low porosity and good biological capture capacity, it is mainly used in artificial ecological floating islands of natural water bodies, aquaculture and river treatment, and low concentration sewage with BOD below 50mg/L.
This product is mainly applicable to the purification of urban sewage, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater treatment (wool textile, printing and dyeing, tanning, paper making, pharmaceutical, food and other industries) and polluted water in rivers, lakes and seas.
