Polymer Composite Gel Biocarrie is a porous gel with good water-absorbent properties for sewage treatment, which is the difference between this product and general sponge carriers. The polyurethane sponges on the market are ribbed, while PCG carrier is walled. The special structure makes PCG easy to absorb water, and it becomes a gel after absorbing water, so it is hydrophilic. The special structure of PCG makes it easy to absorb water, and it turns into a gel state after absorbing water, so it has good hydrophilicity.
PCG is a kind of water treatment bio-carrier product based on polymer hydrophilic material, which is inspired by the design of Japan, and referred to the application experience of Japan for about 20 years. Our R&D team has been working on the soft bio-carrier since 2010. In 2010, our R&D team started to develop the soft bio-carrier, and after 6 years of design and development, we finally selected PCG as the soft bio-carrier with high hydrophilicity and biophilicity.

    Purpose of PCG Bioreactor Development
